1. Return Eligibility

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

>Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

>Share clear photos/videos as proof

>After verification, we will offer a replacement (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed if the return is approved

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit

Processing time: 5–7 working days

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer (if applicable)
